The Consumer Support Center is the hub for resolving consumer concerns. It provides subscribers with a direct channel to lodge complaints, seek redress, and receive guidance. By bridging the gap between consumers and service providers, the Support Center strengthens trust, enhances transparency, and ensures that consumer voices are heard and addressed.
The LTA remains committed to advocacy, information, education, and consumer support as vital tools in building a fair, transparent, and consumer-centered telecommunications environment in Liberia.
