Emmanuel J. Payegar: Commission Payegar joined the LTA on December 7, 2006, during the early formation of the LTA. He has since been involved in many aspects of the telecommunications sector, especially related to the formation of GSM Companies in Liberia. His many achievements in the sector included preparing frequency allocation plans and assigning frequencies to all GSM Companies. Commissioner Payegar is a Telecommunications Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in engineering. His extensive experience in the sector has resulted in the development and deployment of telecom systems, project management, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Commissioner Payegar heads the Department of Engineering and Technology at the LTA.
