Angella Cassell: Commissioner Bush is a Fiscal Management and governance Professional with over 15 years of experience in Finance, Administration, Regulatory Compliance, and high-level policy-making both in government and private sectors. She is a former consultant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, a former Deputy Minister for Expenditure at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, and a former Minister of Transport of the Republic of Liberia. While serving in these positions and her many other experiences, our Acting Commissioner oversaw various donor-funded projects, including those supported by the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and the Global Environment Facility (GEF). Commissioner Bush heads the Department of International Gateway Service at the LTA.
