Ben A. Fofana: Commissioner Fofana is a former Member of the House of Representatives for District # 4, Margibi County, where he served for 12 years as a Member of the 53^rd and 54^th National Legislature. While in the House of Representatives, he served as chair of the Committee on Public Accounts and Expenditure. He is the Former Chief Accountant and Former Business Manager of Boker Washington Institute (BWI). Commissioner Fofana heads the Department of Licensing and Regulations at the LTA.
